Grumpy lady at the counter. All we wanted to do was to shift our unused credit from a second card to the one card, and she kept giving reasons as to why not to do it. No wonder the it was reported in the news that the Victorian government has millions of our dollars in unused Myki cards. She must be in cahoots with them :)

One of world's worst public transportsystem for sure. This is the reason why Melbourne is no longer world 's most liveable city, blame the public transport!Buses, trams, and trains are either cancelled without notice or late every single day. The reasons are always the same, broken down etc. The worst part is, instead of fixing their system, what they do is just adding extra officers ( which are useless ). Instead of fixing their system, they just wasting money on hiring officers and fixing things that are not even improving.

Am going on a long trip later in the month to somewhere I've never been in the northern suburbs. The lady was most helpful as I showed her in my Google Maps where I needed to go. She printed out the route I need to take and it's easy to follow.

Terrible!! ..Route 59 8.45 am service street 13th of May.. whomever working this day didnt even bother to stop. The tram was not full, there was no tram behind. This is the type of service to expect on quite a regular baais from PTV!.. Thanks to them im late for work.. this poor service is a regular occurance and we are expected to pay on the next tram for this outragous service or watch out their inspectors will slap you with a fine and take more of your money!!

I went to catch the train to Blackburn from Camberwell this morning with my bike unfortunately there were replacement buses which I wasn't allowed to take my bike on. This didn't phase me too much as I alternatively rode as this was the only option. What did phase me was the fact that one of the buses to that I wanted to be on merged into the side of me, yes the bus popped on it's indicator, didn't look and then drove into me, let passengers on and then drove off. Physically I'm fine but this was absolutely terrifying.27/02/23 - 10:45 on Canterbury Rd (next to Canterbury Station)Bus Registration: BSO3 XT

Excellent customer service from the people here. I had to get concession card. The previous buss pass had to be refunded, Myki money had to be refunded/ transferred to the new Myki card and a new buss pass. It was all done nicely and was an absolutely brilliant experience.

Some of the worst public transport I’ve experienced. Despite planning well in advance due to works some journeys have taken me 3 hours recently.

Melbourne's train, tram and bus system is a blight on what is one of the best city's in the world. It is impossible to go one trip without facing a late or cancelled service or sitting on a stationary train stuck between two stations for 5+ minutes. I'm not sure if it's due to sub par infrastructure or incompetent overpaid management but if it's the latter they should feel ashamed and embarrased at the amount of time they have taken away from Melbournian's lives.

Ok, we understand trains/tracks need servicing. Why not update the travel planner? Okay, no train, fair enough. Here are the actual details of what will get you home. This is a replacement service on ptv. Instead of planning to board your train, and then getting there, only to be disappointed

Because of the mistake of an employee and a couple of loopholes that another employee at the PTV Hub discussed with me, I lost $60 that they won't refund or reimburse me for. As a university student, I don't have endless money to waste on their mistakes. I'm beyond frustrated at the lengths they'll go to just to deny valid refund requests.I don't see how these people are in charge of the biggest public transport system in Victoria.
