The Coogee View

The beach vibe apartment we stayed in was beautifully decorated, clean and roomy. The kitchen had all the requirements for cooking meals. Highly recommended for families!!

Booked a 2 week family holiday over Xmas and New year to stay at these appartments, and was extremely disappointed with the service and the whole experience. I was charged premium rates for a 3 bedroom apartment, only to find out when we arrived that it was two bedrooms, with a fold out couch as the 3rd bedroom. The couch was so uncomfortable, it was unusable. This was only just the beginning of our disappointment. Our list of complaints is extensive:- Wifi not working- only 1 or 2 elevators working (apparently this was an ongoing issue for a least 2 or more years)- dust on ceiling fans made them unusable- No block out blinds in bedroom (only sheer blinds)- Sliding door to balcony was almost impossible to open- broken wardrobe door in the bedroom- air conditioning was only working in some rooms- no basic kitchen amenities (glad wrap, salt/pepper)- Apartment front door handle was loose- only two keys provided for 5 people and request for more keys deniedWe arrived on Friday 23rd December, and staff left at 4pm that day, with no one on duty over the holiday period. There was no-one available to contact until Wednesday 28th (4.5 days of no service). We were provided a note with an after hours emergency number, but when we called this service, there was no response.When staff finally returned, we raised our concerns and were advised we could leave,...so we did. The service was appalling!This was NOT a cheap deal holiday, in fact we paid extremely high rates, but received NO service. I will never book at these appartments again.

Our room was unfit for human habitation. $6000 for a Vernon infested 3 bedroom apartment where the beds were too small, moukd on walls, stains on blinds, noise problems. Lifts that don’t work. Worst value for money. AeA who operate the apartments are a disgrace who will do nothing to solve your issues or complaints. They are part of th problem not the solution

I booked 2 apartments for visiting family members. The apartments were lovely BUT one of them did not have wifi the entire week and we were not told that beforehand. When I asked for a discount, I was told that the room was already discounted but that was not mentioned on the site when we booked. In the other room, the wifi expired the day before checkout and also the heater stopped working. The elevator also was very scary - it needs maintenance. For the price we paid, these things are not acceptable..

Dirty and run down complex. Amazing location right on Coogee beach. Wifi doesn’t work and the lifts are a thrill seeking experience.

Coogee Beach is vibrant and beautiful. Lots of seating and tables, everyone is very active walking, running, swimming, beach volleyball and a beach pool. Has changing rooms and showers.So beautiful!!!!

Amazing location, Beautiful ApartmentWe stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse which was fully renovated with a new kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment spacious and clean with fantastic views over Wedding Cake Island and the beach. A nice quite side of the building. Coogee Beach has so much to offer with lots of little restaurants, shops etc. The aprt also had a sofa bed suitable for our young son. Close to airport & public transport.

Great location however in desperate need of maintenance and upkeep. Broken dishwasher, lights not working, power outlet hanging from wall, skirting boards missing, rusty air condition vents… just to name a few. Cleaning also is to a poor standard

Beware!!! Disgusting and very unclean! Location and layout of place were the only positives. There were what appeared to be white and blood bodily fluid on the bottom of the bed, I had to clean the bathtub from grime using laundry detergent before we could use it.All outdoor chairs were disintegrated and torn to shredded. Couches inside had stains.Brown water stains on wall and dust a cm thick on the baseboards.Oven door broken and while it works heat pours out as it doesn’t close properly.Carpets are revolting and appear 20+ years old.Internet doesn’t connect at all.We tried to call the service desk over the weekend every day and while they took a ticket and promised someone would call us back, we never heard back.WeIf you are going to try it, be sure to have a few alcoholic beverages to help lower your senses and put on some beer goggles.

Stayed in a 3 bed apartment with family. Lovely spacious apartment that was clean and tidy. Location is perfect. Would highly recommend.
