Our business has been dealing with Lauxes Grates for many years. Amazing customer service, very helpful staff and first quality products! What more could you ask for!

Grate started rusting within 12 months and they claim that aluminium can’t rust even though I have photos of it. They’ve put it in the too hard basket and have stopped replying to my emails.

Product fail and they blame acid which hasn’t been on job . Wouldn’t advise buying or distributing. There warrant means nothing . This was installed then got rained on job not even grouted

As a tiler that is constantly searching for a better product and service for my customers, I've been blown away with the lauxes strip drains for the past three years and what they offer.Firstly having a drain that is customisable on site in real time is not only cost effective but time efficient.No matter where the drain outlet is we can almost always make it work to suit bathroom shower floors and outdoor applications.They are strong drains yet the material is easy to cut on a drop saw on site.The design makes it easy to tap in the end caps to seal it off.And the best part in my opinion is the ease of installation and how easy it is to create fall and water run off to the drain..There's no need to cut a big x pattern into your tiles to meet up with a small square floor waste, just seamlessly drop the tile from a Grout line to the drain and your done.This cuts out up to 4 hours of installation time and gets the job moving.Over all the lauxes strip drains have changed the way we work and the look and ease of installation combined with the price point is a no brainier.
