Dr. Helen and the team were caring compassionate, and forthright, with expert knowledge, and due diligence pursued to the highest degree.I thank the team at Ipswich Family Veterinary Clinic for their care on my little boy, Raijin. Even though the outcome was not the one hoped for.

Had an amazing experience so far using these guys. Loving to my pet and ever so helpful to me in making sure my pet was treated ethically and without needless surgeries.i would highly recommend to anyone, emay and myself felt like old customers from our first home visit.very accommodating and always pleasant to talk too.

A wonderful, caring team! We made the tough call in March to put our 9yr old doggo best mate to sleep after a terminal diagnosis. Arrangements were made with another vet to come to our home but they pulled out and left us in the lurch on the day. Dr Milan and his team were on hand and fit us in with no problem. It was a peaceful and gentle experience, even in the midst of our grief. We are forever grateful for the care he and his team showed.

Great Vet who we’ve used for a number of years. Dr Milan Savkovic is good with nervous dogs. Before examining them he makes a point of getting down low and making them feel at ease. I believe dogs can pick up nervous energy and our dogs don’t get any bad vibes from Milan!

Took my puppy in for his second lot of shots. Arrived to an emergency euthanasia prior to my puppy appointment. Whilst sitting in the waiting room all I could see was the deceased dog on the floor as the door was open. Once being taken in to get my pups shots I asked the Dr Shannon if she could please trim his nails and was told no although she trimmed one nail and showed me how to do it. Not sure why the remaining nails couldn't be done when he wasn't bothered at all. Was told that my puppy lacks self confidence even though he's just a pup and was in an unfamiliar place! The reception lady was lovely though. I left a 1 star review and got a phone call today as to why. I expressed my concerns and asked the vet name and was told why is it so you can write a review.. yes it is. I said it's a review on the vet and not of the practice.I understand the vet was having a bad day after the euthanasia but a reschedule wouldve been fine if it meant that my puppy was treated better. It was my first time going to this vet and my last time. If my pet was being put down I wouldn't want it to be on the floor for the reception room to see. My puppy Bruce has been booked in for his future shots at rosewood.

By far one of the very best vet clinics. It is immediately apparent that the staff at this clinic are expert and professional but also friendly and caring . Dr Milan attended our house earlier this year and put one of our beloved dogs to sleep in the most gentle way. We also presented with one of our chickens at the clinic, who was unfortunately terminal, and they euthanised her without causing her more pain or distress. The clinic provides health services for all of our animals (dogs, cats, chickens) and has earned our trust and gratitude.

Extremely happy with the service received for my puppy.Very friendly staff. I really appreciate the follow up call I received the following morning to find out how he was doing.
