Lyn did my nails and they turned out so pretty the colour I got was blue 74 sns. Very gentle with removing my pre-existing acrylics and very lovely to chat to.

Wedding nails - thank you to the lovely women at Tommy tu for doing my wedding nails. The attention to detail was incredible and they did everything to perfection. Extremely happy and grateful for the service this morning. They really went above and beyond to make my nails and toenails perfect for my wedding.Will be going there for all future event.Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible service! Lady literally ripped off my nails breaking 2 of my real nails having them bleeding she wiped with acetone to “disinfect” it.. then tried to charge me $95 for my new set. I’ve never paid more than $55 got removal and a new set.. and I’ve never had someone make me bleed before. And they still charged me $15 for the “removal” (ripping off my nails and breaking them) never will be going back and neither will my friends that are usually regulars! Have never left a nail salon crying before but today I did.

First time ever getting my nails done and I don’t regret choosing this place to do them. The staff were lovely and my nails look exactly how I wanted them to. Definitely would recommend this place

I have been coming to Tommy Tu now for years. I don’t want to be writing a negative review entirely but after today I wanted to share my experience. I came in for a Pedicure on my toes, and the entire service only took 15 minutes. Now, the main point of a pedicure is the “Spa” like experience. Ie: massage, scrub etc. The lady who took me through, rushed this completely, had no care whatsoever, and took her only 90 seconds for scrubbing my feet and giving me a lovely massage, which was not even a massage to be fair. It’s just so disappointing as a pedicure is meant to be much longer than a in and out experience like essential beauty. Keeping in mind, it’s a Monday it’s very quiet and there are not even 5 people in the salon.. and that was my experience.The one lady who I regularly see is Nadia, and she’s been nothing but amazing the last 6 months that I have been in and she looks after me, but unfortunately it wasn’t her today and it was a terrible experience. Nadia, takes her time and it’s of value to your money. Unfortunately I do rate this a two stars after today. If you decide to have anyone book with Nadia. She’s great, and actually takes her time, and makes it a relaxing experience, as it should be!!

Tommy Tu is my go to nail salon! They have great attention to detail and are always tailoring every service to each individual customer. Even when they’re busy, they always take the time to make sure you have to best possible experience. I’ve never been disappointed with my nails. They always look fantastic and are exactly what I ask for! Well done Tommy Tu!

absolutely appalling experience.after previously being unhappy with the work at Tommy Tu, I gave them the benefit of the doubt again today and wish I didn’t.when seated, I was asked my design, had my acrylic tips glued on and told by two different girls someone was coming to do my nails because they were “too long”.when the technician who was comfortable to complete my length was seated, she gave me the price of $80 for my chosen design and length.I was fine with this as I was having French tips drawn onto the acrylic.My friend was getting an almost identical set but mid way through applying the acrylic to her right hand they told her next time to make her nails “look better” to get different tips. I told them if she wasn’t happy, we wouldn’t pay so they removed the tips and stuck the new ones on.No price was specified for her design- but because it was the same as mine, I assumed it would be the same.When it came time for me to pay, we were told $170 for the both. So almost $90 for the SAME set of nails for my friend.This began a huge argument with staff- one telling me she told me $85 for both (no prices were specified for my friends nails and I was told $80).If you expect clients to be okay with price increases- discuss them throughout the service. Do NOT leave it until payment to make up statements about nails being “too long” and charging extra. We were also told that shaping is an additional cost- however her nails stayed square and mine were coffin shaped.Extremely disappointed with the service, was happy with my nails until now. Will NEVER be returning.
