I cannot recommend the staff at National Tiles Warana more highly enough. As I person who had never purchased tiles before Coral, Joanne and Tanya steered me in the right direction . No high pressure selling , exceptional customer service and all just before closing time. Thank you ladies

Order tiles payed for them nice as pie when buying them told getting with in 5 day 9 days later still no answer got my money back brought elsewhere

Great Service! The Girls went beyond helpful. Very friendly helped me with colours and styles. Give same sample to take home for free and had the best price. Worth to check out.

Where do I start. Dear Management, your staff are stressed. 2 staff on a weekend, 6 groups of customers in the store, music blaring so loud I couldn't hear myself think, (they couldn't turn it down because they couldn't get into the computer). 3 computers on the desk, 1 person logged into them all, so no one else could be served. Staff apologised over and over, but I could see the errors were not her fault and she was trying her best to help. This store needs more qualified staff. The 2 stars are for management, not staff.

The store and staff are fine, but their delivery service is terrible. I was charged a $99 delivery fee, but still had to go into the store to collect part of the order. I was also given a 12 hour delivery window, any time between 7am and 7pm. Even Telstra gives a 4 hour window for their arrival now. This just isn't good enough for the fee charged. . Products are good though, if a little on the expensive side.
