Highly recommend, we’ll priced, professional and easy. One quick phone call and I had a new car battery installed the same day, they even checked the alternator to ensure no other problems.

My car would not start and 3 warning symbols were showing. As one was a battery charge , I called Tuggerah Lakes Batteries as the battery was only replaced by them 9 months prior.Brian sent Graham asap who checked the battery and alternator. Both were fine. He cleared the alarms and had started my vehicle within a few minutes.This is all part of the service for one of their clients. You purchase a battery , they look after you and your car. Maddi was very helpful when I called up for the battery replacement. Graeme arrived onsite within 30 mins and did the job. He even checked the alternator to confirm no other issues. Great value for money. Simple no fuss and would recommend.

These guys certainly know batteries...just NOT modern cars. The battery wasn't coded to the computer properly when installed (basic step for moden cars) after i was told prior that they 'install batteries in these models all the time'. Instead, after the dash started flashing errors, they insisted the alternator was fried and required a tow to my dealership. End story - The alternator was fine, the basic step of coding the battery properly wasnt done, and it cost me a week of time, additonal money and pain. Only to be told on the phone aggressively 'its not my problem, your car must be a lemon'. These guys are seriously out of touch with moden auto. Avoid and just take to your dealership (unless you own a car 25+ years old or want your ride-on battery changed)

I have often heard the ad on radio 50plus, You ring we bring" it certainly works just like that. I called yesterday and as promised Graham arrived early Sunday morning. He was most thorough in his procedure: he quickly agreed that the battery was faulty and indeed has cell issues. After fitting a new one to replace the six year old battery he then tested for normal operation and then under load. Service with a smile. I can recommend Tuggerah Lakes Batteries."

Amazing service! Called and in 30minutes they were at my door. The man (can't remember his name unfortunately) was so kind and took time to actually explain what was happening with my car battery. Couldn't recommend them high enough! Thank you.

Called up for a battery replacement and installation and one of their employees arrived 30 minutes later. Efficient, cheap and very professional service. Recommended to anyone who has issues with general automotive batteries

What a brilliant service. They responded really quickly & there was no charge for coming here. The entire price was the same as if I had driven (another car) to any other store, buying the same battery & fitting it myself. Thankyou guys.
