Great place to stay with family and friends. Plenty of living space and good rooms with superb views. Rooms have all the necessary features and are cozy enough for a weekend getaway. The kitchen has all the bells and whistles a modern home would have, like cooking range, microwave, refrigerator, hot water, and a pantry stocked with good food and groceries. There are ample parking spaces and easily accessible to the road. The ambience is serene and quiet, except for a brief early morning visit by the local kookaburra to let you know that it's morning. Overall a great place to visit and i would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

A lovely couple who ran the motel, The room was very clean and the communal Kitchen and lounge was very roomy and tea and coffee was free which we both enjoyed we had a great time.

Modern, light-filled bedrooms (each with ensuite).Large living and dining room with balconies, in bushland setting.Walking distance to Sherbrooke Forest, Belgrave's Puffing Billy, Trees Adventure, restaurants, supermarket, shops and Cameo cinema.

Very disappointed to find no milk for coffee either for late night or early morning drinks when we stayed overnight to attend wedding at a local winery. The accommodation venues of other family members visiting for the same wedding was superior. Surely this is basic for the price paid.

Lee is a tremendous host. Belgrave is a central place to stay - especially if you have a car. Just an hour from the Yarra Valley, the NGV - even make the trip out to Ashcombe maze. Not a true bed and breakfast though - has the facilities to make breakfast - and wonderful communal lounge room - but no smiling host greeting you in the morning with eggs on toast and lashings of bacon. Rooms are small - each with en suite. Good value. Has WiFi - ask Lee.

Well laid out comfortable house. Great facilities in kitchen, lounge and rooms. Great views from balconies.

A lovely quiet resting place among the birds and the trees. Also adjacent to the Sherbrooke State Forest. Very Close to all amneties. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Family and group friendly. Boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarket and a cinema close by.
