I don’t know what has happened to the bakery in Woolworths. There is never any bread and the woman who works in the bakery is subtly rude and does not ever seem to want it do anything to help on many occasions. I feel like the shop has gone downhill overall. Unless it changes I will be shopping elsewhere.

Worst experience ever. I accidentally forgot to pack my items after paying and when I realised I came back to Woolworths at the fast track counter and I waited for the worker to serve the customer and then I told her that I forgot my items and I asked if she had them, instead of saying “I’ll find it one second” she full on lectured me saying “first of all, you do not interrupt me when I’m serving customers, next time wait”. She then got my items and as she was walking back she was still lecturing me. This is the worst worker I’ve ever seen in Woolworths, she ruined my day and was so rude

The friendly guy at the checkout with the beard is one of the best customer service rep’s I’ve seen. It’s always an enjoyable and hilarious visit with him on. If he’s not the store manager he should be.

A large, well stocked branch that has been one of anchor shops in the shopping centre for a few decades now. Has had an upgrade recently and is looking good. The store is clean and has good friendly staff assisting you. Be on the lookout for the many half priced specials.

Great shop, helpful staff, always fresh stock and very rarely cannot find what I am looking for. I don't know if it's just my own personal perception but I feel as though Woolworths has a higher quality of food than Coles although that could just be a matter of personal preference. Overall I highly recommend Woolworths for all your grocery needs at mt Ommaney, and with lots of other shops in the centre I'm sure you'll find yourself browsing stores before you know it. Thanks for your time.

I’ve made a mistake and forgot to scan my everyday rewards card. Issac and Rurak (sorry I might have got the name wrong) were super helpful, helped me to refund the whole bunch of items and then rescanned them again. Over the past decade I have attempted to become a customer here. The first couple of times- years apart, they had expired meat/milk for sale.& just recently I attempted to become a customer again & noticed they never have stock & so I’d end up at Coles for the remaining items required anyhow.I have given up & just shop in coles.
