Mandurah Coast Care Community

Our mother has been at Opal Murry River for the past three months and we have the experience with transitioning mum into care a very positive experience.The facilitie is warm and welcoming. The staff are nothing but professional and caring.Our Mum along with the family have been made to feel very welcome and part of the Opal Murry River family.

The staff at Mandurah Coast Care Community, from reception/administration to the carers, nurses, and support staff are just lovely. Very caring and supportive, not only with the residents but also the families. Wonderful new improvements being made to the facilities.

Old place and the management is not good ,however the staff are very friendly

My name is Beryl Batt and I live in Boddington WA.Due to no Aged Care Facility in our town our parents Valda and Ernie Jones who had lived in the town for 51 years were taken to Mandurah Coast Care Community in 2019.From day one we were warmly welcomed by everyone in the facility.From the Manager Katy Ainsworth to the front desk, carers, nurses and cleaning staff. Everyone has a smile and are willing to listen if we have any questions.My parents have been very happy. Mum still is. Unfortunately Dad passed away in October 2022. I have so many lovely photos of the activities they get up to in Mandurah Coast. We have made so many friendships with the residents and families there. It is a lovely place to be and I love visiting and interacting with everyone. A monthly newsletter is sent out with lovely news and photos of their activities at Mandurah Coast Care Community. I love receiving this.I write in our local Bodd News to let our town know Mum And Dad are great. I have recommended Mandurah Coast Care Community to many people. They are a big family and we are now part of that.I would love one day to see them have their own bus as bus outings are enjoyed by all.Everyone gives 100 percent.
