We are more than happy with our experience at Genius. The staff and educators are friendly, reliable and caring. The facilities are big, modern, stylish and clean. My little one enjoys a lot his time at Genius and always comes back with a huge smile. Thank you Genius!

I am so glad we made the decision to put our children in Genius Chermside. We have had such a great experience and the kids adore their daycare teachers. The staff have been very supportive in everything we do and our children have developed so much more with all the attention and love they've received. I would totally recommend Genius to all my family and friends!!!

State of the art childcare in BrisbaneThis is a review for those looking to find an honest review. My 3 years old daughter attends Genius childcare since Sept 2018. We started with 3 days and built to long 5 days per week and she loves every minute of it. She can't wait to enter in the door in the morning to play either outside or inside the large play area.Great to see the educators greeting my little one by name and a cuddle every morning and get to know all her preferences really quickly to help her settle.The team are so passionate, caring and professional about giving the best level of service it is so evident. The rooms are huge, and the kids are doing many different activities everyday.Communication from the Centre is great and promptly. There are also one-on-one meetings if needed. Staff are great, friendly and always open to feedback which I request almost every day.The educators are amazing and Rebecca has formed great relationship with them.Genius offer a birthday cakes, breakfast for parents and much more at no additional costs.I would highly recommend Genius childcare for your little ones.I appreciated so much to have a wonderful and welcoming centre.

If there was an award for the worst daycare in Brisbane this place. Our son was Our son was a year old And we would frequently find him covered head to toe in sand. The carers would frequently be seen on pick up on their phones while the little And we would frequently find him covered head to toe in sand. The carers would frequently be seen on a pick up their phones while the little kids were left to fend for themselves. Our kid would be starving on every pick up. His clothes would be heavily soiled. Would not recommend this Daycare at all to anybody. We were promised the best care and instead we got the worst. No parent should find a kid with a literal nostril blocked with sand but yet we did. The final straw was when we found our son sitting in the sandpit with a head injury, bleeding and none of the educators around. We had to go find one. We complained and we raise the issue of why wasn’t anyone watching our son but nothing happened

I cannot recommend Chermside Genius enough. My daughter has moved from another daycare, and for roughly the same price we are now experiencing friendly care at a modern beautiful centre with lovely & kind educators that have made both myself and my daughter feel welcome and comfortable. We are very happy with our decision to move to Genius. As a first time mother it's so hard to drop off your baby everyday for hours and hours but to know she is with caring educators that are going over and above to make her feel settled and safe just makes the world of difference. I love the Xplor app they use to update on feeds, sleeps and nappy changes with photos being uploaded during the day.Bek at the front counter is an absolute gem, the onsite chef cooks amazing food I would want to eat and the girls I have met so far in the toddler room are just so friendly and a special thank you to Kristy who has just really made our first week so special making sure Henley is happy and feels welcomed. We love Genius Chermside!Great job girls - I can't thank you all enough for making the transition easy xo

Our little family LOVES Genius. We really couldn't ask for more from a daycare. The educators are so wonderful and have really looked after our little boy with such care and love since he was one. I also find the team to be really open to change and suggestion which is great. I highly recommend this daycare. The service, facilities, food and overall vibe are second to none.

Genius Childcare surpasses any expectation any parent has when entrusting the important stages of growth in their children's lives. My son loves his daycare so much that he insists with and absolute adamant attitude Saturday's should be a daycare day too.

My son has been attending Genius for just over a year and switching him from his previous daycare was the best decision I have made!He has transformed from a shy, highly sensitive and clingy wee boy to a confident, outgoing kindergartener who can’t wait to go to daycare each day.His sister has recently joined him at Genius and her transition was seamless, thanks in no small part to the educators and administrators.The staff are amazing and really make the effort to bond with the kids. The curriculum and facilities are top notch, you honestly couldn’t ask for more.10/10 would recommend. Book a tour; you won’t regret it.

My little girl has been with Genius childcare for 2 years now and she has grown and learned SO much from the educators during this time. The team is great, I’m always aware of what has gone on during the day with the updates through Xplor. Special mention to Bek, who is amazing as the family consultant so accommodating, understanding and always welcoming coming into and leaving the centre!
