Purchased our investment property with the agent being Sam Noakes. Sam was brilliant and helpful through every step of the process. It was never to much to change times for appointments to suit our circumstances or when an inspection needed to be done by our lender or ourselves. Sam was prompt in returning calls and made the process so easy .. Can’t thank Sam enough for his professionalism and easy demeanour when we had any questions when purchasing our property.. I have moved multiple houses in Sydney and have had to deal with different real-estate agents. And I must say that Base Realty has been the best. They are thoroughly professional and very prompt at responding to queries and requests and they treat you with respect. They are definitely not amongst the real estate companies that find excuses to hold your bond back. I highly recommend Base Realty regardless of whether you are a tenant or an owner.

Best rental agency that we have dealt with so far ! Everything right from contract signing to end of leasing was so organised.We were provided with a map on day 1 to navigate though basement and parking.They even have QR codes printed at the premises to help tenants with basic information or even lodge issues.Marina, our property agent, has been super helpful.
