Overpriced for a charity op shop. All other charity shops in the area are very reasonable on price. The manager is very rude and doesn't care. I spoke to a couple that left the store the same time I did and agreed that this place is overpriced. I think a lot of people in Bairnsdale avoid this place because they're over priced.

One VERY RUDE lady in charge if you dare ask any questions about items. I once asked to take the VHS sitting in their skip bin to save them going to landfill and the appalled looks and attidude I got was not worth the effort!! Also overpriced on most items, certainly gone are the days of finding a bargain in this opp shop!

Items at this store are extremely over-priced. Most of the staff are elitist and condescending. I think that they forget that an op shop is supposed to HELP the community, not price-gouge them.Shop elsewhere.Bairnsdale has plenty of other FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, QUALITY and REASONABLY PRICED op shops to choose from.

SO expensive, which would be fine if yknow, the clothes had ever seen a washing machine, or if the 'brand new' items weren't brand new 12 years ago.
