Today, I was embarrassed by the girl that works here regularly. I paid for the wrong pump. But immediately I worked in and told her. She behaved like I have committed a big offence. Her customer service skill is really bad. I received lot of lectures in front of my daughter and other customers.My God, all she should have done is refund me and put through the right pump payment.Does this girl need customer service training or she owns this place? 11/12/19 @ 15.40

When I asked them if they have hand sanitizers for customers using their gas, they point me to the one they are selling like they don't care about their customer's health especially during this covid crisis. Many people are touching their gas nozzles and who knows that they're a covid carrier. They only think about their sales.

I got drawn in by the Pie Face banner in the front, which said award-winning, or something like that. I’m not some kind of pie connoisseur but I think they taste pretty good. The faces that get drawn on top of the pies are cool. The new aunty who works there is super nice too. Never had any problems.

LAZY & RUDE..PRICES ALL WRONG AND CALLS CUSTOMER OUT FOR IT..APPARENTLY CUSTOMERS ARE TO GRAB AN ITEM AND THEN WALK AROUND THE STORE TO MATCH THE RIGHT PRICE FOR IT BECAUSE THEY JUST DUMP IT ON THE SHELF N NOT CARE WHAT PRICE IS ATTACHED..ITS SAYS $9 GET TO COUNTER ITS $15 THEN PUT THE BLAME ON CUSTOMER... 711 FROM NOW ON..

Went in to get Gas at 11.45 am 21st May and was served my a male attendant whilst talking on his ear phone. I thought he was talking to me but obviously to a friend. Charged me for someone else’s fuel as was not concentrating. Before this did not even acknowledge me. I bought the Hearald Sun as well. Arrived home and discovered it was Wednesday’s. Unsold papers should be cleared daily and not sitting there 2 days later. My advice is to sack him. I would not tolerate this sort behaviour.
