Superdry Parramatta

( This issue happened at Superdry Outlet, DFO Homebush, NSW)Been there 09/June/18 12:02pm, recieved the worst customer service from a lady at the register. In the trail room I have tried two shirts which I didn’t go well and as mentioned I tried to give those unwanted clothes to the lady staff at the register and she just screamed at me saying where are the hangers and probably I may forgot them in the trail room, she was very angry on me for forgetting the hangers and screaming at me infront of other customers.Experienced the worst service ever and listned the similar experience from a customer in the store near by.I would suggest the management please don’t put things on sale, instead put them on the price which you can sale for a good and well mannered employees at stores if you really care for your customers.For sure I will be visiting the same store again and if I recieve the same customer service experience I don’t mind to spread the word, the level of customer service you are providing at Australian stores

The lady working today was really inviting and friendly and even complimented my own jacket. Although I didn't buy anything today I'd be very happy to return again

Well i had a bag on me and i was browsing for jackets as it said some new offers on the board.The buzzer beeped as a guy was trying the jacket on the door and it was completely visible.But being in different ethnicity i was the only one asked to open the whole bag.They guy said it was my jacket still this dumb people need to check.Well been shopping in this shop last 5 years.This was definitely my last visit.Just an advise check ur alarms and eyes tested.

Watch out for the hoodie, the inner fabrics keeps on coming off no matter how much U wash it. This is very very annoying, not the quality you would expect from a $100+ hoodie.This one is made in Turkey, G20957YR, CA: 59944.THIS HAPPENS FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN HOODIE.

Visited this store today to exchange an item and the sales assistant (Sam) was absolutely fantastic. Great customer service, great interaction and very very helpful and an absolute gentleman. Not pushy like some sales assistants.It was an absolute pleasure visiting the store and a great shopping experience. Great quality merchandise to chosse from. Big thumbs up!

I visited this store today around 1:40pm with my wife. The guy didn’t pay attention when I ask him to get me one size bigger but instead started serving other female customers who just walked in. I waited him to turn around and help me but he didn’t even bother turning back. This is what you call “the worst customer service”

Everytime I visit a Superdry store the service is very average. Not until I walked into this store. The service here really blew me away. The lovely lady melissa very prompt and helpfull. She went above and beyond just to keep me happy. Overall the brand Superdry speaks for itself as a premium brand yet the customer service here is what really draws people in. Highly recomended 10/10!

Stop selling faulty mechandise which is made in India

The clothes were a bit expensive but the design and quality was great. The sales associate were super helpful, although personally I prefer to look around first and then approach them if I need anything. Overall decent experience.
