Really yum Italian restaurant in Red Hill!The food is really good and it has an affordable yet interesting wine list, focusing on Italian wine.I've been coming here for years as it is a family favourite, and will continue into the future. Five stars from me.

Really wonderful experience. Lovely and attentive service. Incredibly tasty beef cheeks, fantastic pizza (with gluten-free base) and a delicious rocket and pear salad with a lovely bottle of Moltepulciano d'Abruzzo. Finished with sorbets and cannoli with candied orange (pictured). For a local, this would be a gem to have in your neighbourhood.

We had the most wonderful evening at Colle Rosso thanks to the warm hospitality and divine food. The quality of the meals was outstanding, especially the gnocchi, which you have to try! Also, great recommendation on the Shiraz-Grenache. Thanks for a lovely evening.

No clue where the 4/5 stars have come from, it's a massive misrepresentation of this restaurant, which is why I have written this review.We reached the venue and were hesitant to go in given the place was empty at 6:30pm on Saturday. Having driven from the city, we were hungry so thought we would give it a try - Went in for some pizza...it was a pretty big disaster! The food was dry, burnt on the ends, sparse on the salami and Olives. The bread was very flat and tasteless - one of the hallmarks of a good pizza is great bread so this was rather sad to see.Glad to have walked away with a minimal cost.The pricing is WAY too high as well (given the location)! we popped into Julius in the city shortly after and their pizzas were priced between $25-27(with a line out the door and delicious food that followed) as opposed to the $28-30 at this venue in the suburbs.The staff were lovely here and very pleasant so it's possibly the kitchen that is struggling a bit.Hoping some changes will happen and hope to hear good things from the restaurant in due course!

I went both weekend nights and was very happy with my experience.It's a nice small place, very good looking inside, definitely feels Italian, lots of nice pictures from around Italy, also wine bottles everywhere..Food quality is very good and the service from the staff is top notch.They are all very friendly and always smiling.Food I had included Bruschetta, Focaccia, Lasagne Tricolore & Special Ravioli Seafood.Serving size is decent for fine dining, can't complain about the quality.Been a while since I have had dinner here but as per usual I really enjoyed the company of the familiar and friendly staff and as per usual the food was great!I like how they are changing menus every now and then, I was able to try a couple of new dishes.I had the Malloreddus al Ragu di Manzo & Scallopina di Vitello <--- Absolutely loved the sauce for this dish, some kind of white wine but either way probably the best I have had at Colle Rosso.Thank you all once again, will definitely be seeing you all again next year.Merry Christmas :)

I was amazed by the service and quality of the food. Was an incredible experience. The pasta literally melted in my mouth. Very authentic Italian.

Lovely find via Google Maps between where we were and the drive back to our hotel. Other places on the way looked fancier, but this looked more authentic, and it was. Lovely service - and they were under pressure with a huge table of over 30 to accommodate and only two waitstaff due to shortages. Never once was anything too much trouble. The food was clearly homemade fresh and delicious. We were glad to have made this our choice to stop for an impromptu dinner.

Great Italian restaurant. Casual vibe, where we felt welcomed from the first minute. We had a great surprise, one of the best food we ever found in Brisbane, easily can become our new fave place:) We recommend every single dish we tried, starter, main, dessert and drink. Prices are good. Great atmosphere and amazing service. Did really enjoyed our night and would def come back.
