Community Kids Hampton Park Early Education Centre

Most of the staffs are very friendly I have been sending my child to daycare from last year August but todays service by Robyn was terrible. She didn’t even say Hi and started telling me not to send blanket with your kid as he doesn’t interact with other kids. What does she think we haven’t tried it ourselves. He doesn’t like going to daycare Shiny, Amelita and Annie Marie and Bhoomika all look after him so well. The blanket is he’s comforter and I know eventually he will get over it. Hes not even 3 years yet. Robyn needs to learn how to interact properly with parents and not just yell from one end of the room to the other telling. We send our child to daycare as we work long hours and full time or else we don’t need to send him to childcare and spend $155/ day. Interacting in a soft voice and talking more gently and in a calm way makes more sense rather than yelling. I hope my message gets to Robyn by centre managers. I won’t hesitate to change my childs daycare if I get a service like this as I got today.

A horrible experienced with this childcare, general staffs are very friendly but some staffs are need more training and more active in supervise the children. My 3.5 years old daughter had knocked her forehead. I found her on the floor with no bed being offered (not the 1st time). When I woke her up from the floor and noticed a big hard swollen on her forehead. None of the staffs in that room can tell me when and where she hit her head. How long has she been lying on the floor? Did she sleep or she was passing out.This is very poor care. my kid has been neglected. Nightmare as a parent. I hope new manager can change some of the old practice and unsure staffs are highly trained. I hope none of the parents have to go though what I did.I don't understand why this place is being rated 5 stars.

Amazing staff with so much heart and a caring mindset. My 3 years old kid has been going to Community kids Hampton Park for almost 2 years now and we absolutely love it. I am grateful for their hours, a facility opened for 12 hours really helps. The facility is well thought out, rooms are separated to keep the ages apart which is good because my kid is a little shy. My kid is happy and it makes me a happy mother. I would like to thank all, especially the educators that have been with my little one because I can see the growth and learning every day. Thanks to all!

My children have been attending this centre for some years now and I can say that I highly recommend this service. The educators are caring and understanding and are passionate with the families and children. The change in management was hands down the best thing that has happened here, Kayla and anu are fantastic.

Highly recommended this centre both my kids attend this centre and they love it ! The staff are friendly , kind and very understanding. The programs they have here are amazing I can see how much my kids progressed and learning new thing’s everyday! Shout out to the kinder teachers and pre kinder teachers ! ❤️

Highly recommend Community Kids Hampton Park. Staff are amazing with the kids. My son has been going here since he was 2 & is now 5, last week he graduated from their kinder class. Awesome atmosphere and their app is easy to navigate during the day to see how they're doing!!

We have found Community Kids HamptonPark, too be like a second home for our daughter Mayana Bella.When you enter the front door you are Greeted by staff & offered asisstance, nothing is too much trouble.The atmosphere is one of joy which creates a good learning experience for all.Mayana Bella is extremely happy & has been learning many new skills & knowledge that will prepare her for school & life in the comming years.
