Hatish was hired to reinstall my split system aircon after I had finished renovations. At first Hatish was very responsive and prompt with his service. After reinstalling my system I notified him that I believed there was a leak in the pipes as the aircon was not producing cold air. He came and re-gassed the system without repairing the leak and promised to regas it free of charge if it leaked again. Sure enough the system leaked and stopped producing cold air after 2 weeks. Hatish was notified of this and he promised to come and fix it. He promised to come everyday but would either cancel us last minute or simply not show up. This behaviour continued daily for over a week. He stopped answering calls and barely responded to texts messages. Hatish was paid in cash and promised to send an invoice via email but this never happened. He has been paid $750 so far and all we have received is an aircon unit that doesn't work and we'll now have to pay someone else to fix the problem. I do not recommend anyone use to him. He will only come if it means he's being paid for that visit and will not come back to fix the unit if you have any future issues..... even when they were a direct result of his poor workmanship.

The WORST you could ever get.Absolutely unprofessional, has no idea what he’s doing, only accept CASH and promises an invoice via email which you will never get.AVOID THIS PERSON AT ALL COSTS

I have been fortunate to find Cooltrix Airconditioning 12 months ago when they replaced a split system in my rental house. Wow, I was blown away with the price, and prompt and reliable service from this honest company, Nearly 12 months later I had the urgent need to replace another split system during extreme hot Sydney weather and Cooltrix Air Conditioning were amazing and were able to install a Mitsubishi 5kw unit the next day much to the pleasure of the tenant who had a young child.
