Good coffee and petrol prices

I got short changed DELIBERATELY.I was paying for petrol $(40) and a coffee $2.50 with 711 app), and gave the employee $53.As he was doing this, I asked if he could give me change. He said he didn’t have it, so I asked him to split the transaction and take the coffee $2.50) from one $50, and the petrol $40) from another. He’d already given me $0.50. then gave me $42 change from the original $53, making it $42.501x $201x $101x $5$7 in gold coins. Total if $42. $8 short!I put it in my walled and gave him another $50 for the $40 petrol.I then counted what he gave me and realised it was short. When pointed this out, he said “That’s because I don’t have change.” I showed my wallet and pulled everything out. He then took the gold coins and then handed me gold coins back. saying “Here’s your change and here’s your $10 change”. It was $13 in change. It should have been $25!!Leaving me STILL short changed!!! I was embarrassed and in a hurry, so I left. I pulled over and counted everything and I was $12 short.I called and called and they did not answer. Eventually the employee - who said his name was Maulin - answered told me to come back in in the morning when his manager Jay was there. I told him I was heading back to Brisbane, and he said that they’d put the money back into my bank account.As I was driving back to Brisbane, I called in the evening. The person was again rude, and hold me to call back in half an hour. When I called back; he told me they’d given me EXTRA money, and then said I’d called 20 times so I was rude. I CALLED TWICE! They did not pick up the phone the other times.I will be making a police complaint. It’s not a large amount, but it WAS deliberate.

Incredibly rude and condescending manager who spoke down to me and implied I was an idiot who didn’t know how to press a button because her coffee machine was broken. Instead of finding a solution and fixing the coffee machine she then asked me to leave the store and would not let me have a coffee

They'll serve you at the night window after hours. I came at 1:30am, the man on shift was so kind and patient with me. He even apologised for not having some stock at 1:30am. Really lovely staff.

Broken down at the service station and wasn't permitted to use the two on site disabled toilets. Told to walk 300m to woolworths. Lied in regards to the ownership of the toilets as well. Thanks to the local gym for the information and the use of their toilet.

Clean store and friendly welcoming staff.

Generally very friendly and helpful staff. Except for my experience today with a very rude and arrogant lady (possibly the manager) who needs a refresher course in customer service and interpersonal skills. Had she been working for me, I would have fired her on the spot. This 711 had been my preferred fuel stop until now.

Some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever experienced at a service station! Their coffee machines are well maintained and make a good brew and fuel prices are competitive. As the closest 24 hour fuel to Peregian Springs, it’s very convenient.
