I hope the owners of this store realise that the person that was working there today turned away 15plus people for meals at lunchtime. Extremely disappointed with the attitude and service!!

Needing to top up our food supplies during our stay we found the prices reasonable and the selection acceptable for the location.

Was discriminated against for having a medical condition (accompanied with a legal medical exemption) for not being able to medically wear a mask and was therefore denied entry.When I questioned if it was lawful to deny my entry if I had a medical exemption to their mask entry rules, I was told they were a private business and can do what they like. Absolutely disgusted that people with a genuine medical reason not to wear a mask are being denied entry into a business. This is indirect discrimination which is against the DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) and as such, I have made a formal complaint against this business
