Probably the best McDonald's in Victoria. Managers actually manage staff seem strangely when compared to every other store to have initiative and if a mistake is made it's rectified very quickly. Considering the amount of pressure put on staff with so many delivery drivers hassling them all day they do an amazing job

Awful service, waited 20 minutes while the staff behind the coffee machine messed around throwing cups to each other as a game before they eventually started the coffees, filthy restaurant with empty milk bottles all scattered over the counter and rubbish everywhere, the toastie I ordered had to be returned as it was covered in brown sugar. Shocking service and staff couldn’t care less.

Overflowing bins and filthy floor.And they got my order wrong TWICE. I ordered the chicken bacon deluxe,the cheese and baconWere not even on the burger,They were thrown into the bottom of the bag...And the replacement burger did not have any aioli on it.Had to ask for a sachet of ketchupBecause I was not waiting a third time.

I don't understand how this Mcdonalds is even allowed to operate. Every table was covered in mess and food when we entered and had to ask for a clean table. Staff don't even want to serve you to dine-in they just ignore you until someone begrudgingly serves you at the counter. Food is cold when they bring it to the table. Managers are young and have no interest in the store. Mcdonalds used to be a fun experience with the kids back in the day. Enjoy a happy meal and a play on the playground. This store is disgraceful should not be allowed to operate for dine-in. We gave it the benefit of the doubt on the first visit thinking it was and off night. Tonight was worse than the first time.

the only thing holding this place up is the party room and the window seats. Apple pie and strawberry thickshake. Monopoly and maccas wi fry is also not bad. I only eat here because theres no KFC or guzman y gomez yet. Boss burger is too expensive and maccas has frozen cokes. Thanks the lord jack kelly amen.

Why is there never any pickles on the cheeseburgers? When asking for extra, I was very disappointed to find there were ZERO on there! Also, please learn how to put burger ingredients in a bun, and wrap it correctly so the burger is in tact when received by the consumer.

I ordered breakfast burgers but didn’t want the egg, but guess what the girl gave me egg. The buns were stale. More care needs to be taken when making the burgers and if no egg was a request then there’s a reason why. Management need to step up in all aspects.
