Really dirty salon. They tell you to sit and wait for 2 hours. Really aggressivly done manicure and peti they made me bleed a few times. One of my nails fell off the same day after paying $70.Also they said wearing masks was compulsory but i didnt have one so i asked for one. They said they didnt have any so i said oh all good then" and was about to walk out... then they magicly had masks appear from under the counter and gave me one... another lady asked for the disposable thongs and they said they didnt have any... but later saw that they did... weird"

Good enough job after waiting over an hour! I don’t mind that, but don’t say “come back half hour” if you mean one hour. I had things I could have been doing. My tip would be to book an appointment or turn up early in the morning.

Don't go here, the staff are rude and if you have a gift voucher they won't help you. They already have the money so are not interested in obliging you with an appointment. When they first opened it was a pleasant experience but not anymore they have lost the plot. Also the last shellac pedicure I had here was very inferior. Not sure what they did but the colour didn't last. Soon as I'm able to use my voucher I won't be going back and I advise everyone else to do the same.

I’ve never had such a poor quality manicure. I paid for a mani and a shellac on Wednesday, and it’s chipping off my nails already, it’s been two days.Staff are so lovely but they’re products are subpar.

Poor service and disgusting attitude towards the costumer. I was there to do manicure ( the outcom wasnt good and it's honestly dirty the way it has been done)... I was planning to do pedicure as well but because of what happened,I decided not to to do it...I dont know her name, but she keeps pinching and pinching my fingers and.. she didnt clean my fingers just put the acrylic to my nails. To my dissapointment i even wanted them to removed from other nail salon.

I went in to get acrylics. They told me and my friend to take a seat and it took almost 3 hours to get them done. It hasn't even been a week yet and two of them have chipped and cracked down the center, forcing me to cut them off in fears of my actual nail ripping off. I have gotten them done there before but after this, I won't be going back.

Worst nail experience ever on Saturday. I came in with a specific design in mind, and the guy that did my nails argued with me, thinking he knew better. I've had SNS on my nails for years, so i know what im talking about. I've also previously done my own nails with SNS. When he did the top layer, I asked for my nail to be dipped a certain way, and he completely ignored me, and then did the opposite nail completely differently. So they don't even look the same. He then tried to remove some of the top layer, and took chunks out of the bottom layers, and then didn't go to fix the chunks. I had to ask for them to be fixed. So he fixed them, with the bottom layer colour, and not the top. I had to ask for the top layer to be replaced too.These nails were done for my wedding, and they look absolutely atrocious! To top it off, one of my nails has split in half, too, so clearly not applied properly either.

Have had a few bad experiences here, today was the nail in the coffin. The price changes every time you come in, even for the same thing. They did a horrible job shaping my nails today and I left hating Them after paying $20 more then I did last time for the same thing.

This place is awful!!!! They ripped off my nail and didn’t care. I asked for a discount because my nail was bleeding and sore but they didn’t care and made me pay full price. Don’t go here

Did a really good job on the acrylics but when it came to actually painting the shellac on, they swapped ladies and the shellac was done awfully. For starters, I asked if I could get a certain colour with a glitter top coat and they just ignored me and painted on the colour that I had questioned about but wasn't going to get if the answer was no. It looks alright but the colour is inconsistent and the top coat then had bubbles and dents in it. Felt like they really rushed it resulting in a pretty average finished job.
