Mini Masterminds Childcare Guildford

My son attends Mini Masterminds Guildford and I can tell he loves going. He loves the educators and staff there, they're all so friendly and caring. They spend the time letting me know how his day is and how his developing. They also have lots of various fun activities each week and great facilities for the kids to play in. I highly recommend it!

Beware of these scammers charge you for ridiculous excuses and ripp your bank account, first I paid 100 or 150 dollar as a bond and they told me 4 weeks notice and we will return the money I did but they didn't give me the bond,my son was absent around 30 days in 4 month because he was sick and they refused to take him and they charged me for that ,I stayed home with him but they charge me even when I called them and told them each day that he is sick .at the end I paid a large amount of money and closed my account there now after a year and half they reached to me and asked me to pay 76.70 dollar because the record show that i didn't clear my debt . What?????

Beautiful staff! They look after my son soo well and I appreciate all the hard work they do! They really go out of their ways to make my child happy and excited to go to school ❤️

PLEASE BE CAUTIOUSwhere do I start? I was told that my son would get 4 weeks for free because of the promotion they had on (which is to good to be true)I repeatedly asked them how it works and lady kept saying it’s 4 weeks for free and then payments would start going through!Which also states in the contract I signed.4 weeks go on I called the childcare to know when they will be dragging out money.The lady straight away said we owe the childcare $1047 which then shocked me. Then I was told that you only get 4 weeks for free if the child has been there for over 3 months and also if your is on childcare subsidies which I told her on phone before signing that his not eligible. Then I was also charged a extra week without them telling meI called head office then spoke with the lady who did the contracts. All she kept doing was apologising and wouldn’t help even after everything she was asking for a good review how could you give these people a good review.Please guys this promotion is just to lure people in so they scam and take your money.Very disappointed with what just happened and now I have to pay them $1000Thanks guys

Mini masterminds Guildford has been absolutely amazing with my children from day 1. My son who has never spent more than a couple of hours away from me settled in so quickly and easily, and I have the amazing educators to thank for that. Every week they come home and have learnt something new. The standout for me at this centre is that it’s so obvious how much they truely care for my children, and I’m at complete ease each day knowing they are nurturing their mind, and heart everyday. I’d highly recommend this centre for anyone in the area, the educators always have your child’s best interests as their highest priority!

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 9 months. The educators at mini masterminds look after her very well and she is generally very happy while at daycare. The educators are very responsive to her which is great as she is very hands on and demanding. There is ample parking for pickup and drop off. For the price I pay, Im very happy with their service and would recommend to others. Mel the director is also super cheery and friendly.
