Black Swan Motor Inn

Zero stars was dreadful where to start!Dirty room, had to clean everywhere before using anything! No crockery hardly any cutlery, kettle broken & a hazard (did get new one) , grill plate covered in grease.Bedding just thrown on floor on wardrobe didnt even seem cleanCooker didnt work, fittings coming off walls & looseObvious recent patch up on main door frame as all mess left on floor verandah outsideRubbish skip & bins over flowing & rubbish everywhere around play area & pool dirtyWorse place ever stayed hygiene wise was disgusting & not cleaned luckily bed linen was clean!

Motel is dated, but clean.Mona is lovely and very obliging.The only thing that could be better is the bed needs locks on its casters. ☆☆☆☆

Lady running it was very nice, and appeared to be doing everything on her own.Room was ok. Needs a lot of maintenance.Don't get rooms 2, 3, 10, or 11 - right next to the complex large bin which was apparently full of rotting fish when we stayed.

Overpriced, run down, dirty, smelly. Just look elsewhere. I made a booking via a phone call but when I got there, they claimed they were full. Eventually the owner agreed to give me a room, but I should have looked elsewhere.

The Black Swan Inn is owned by a warm,friendly couple who ensures your stay is good and sees to your requests promptly and efficiently. I have stayed in Black Swan Motor Inn every year for the past 3 years and every year there are improvements to the place.The place is situated in a great location. The prices are very reasonable. You cannot expect to pay such reasonable prices and get top rated accommodation. For the place,amenities,cleanliness,laundry facilities,pool facilities,pets allowed,visitors allowed until late,barbecue facilities,pool facilities,great location,udly driving we will definitelyrecommend the Black Swan Motor Inn ,Humble owners with best customer service,My family and I are thankful and extremely happy customers. We will be back...

Not for me.Old outdated and desperately needs a make over.Pool was in need of a good clean as well. Aircon works but noisy as and no remote so plug it in for it to start.Prices were high considering reality. Yes I know its peak season.Now I'm not saying it was unclean just not what I thought it was going to be.Didn't stay and won't be going back.

Had to ring 3 times as weren't confident book was made & understoodTurned up to find it was messed up but eventually sortedGrubby run down unkempt facilitiesTV was only in Chinese

Stayed one night and picked another motel the next night. The room was so outdated, not very clean with it looking alright from a glance but dirty with the bin not emptied and disgusting under the bed. Reception was empty the whole time and only talked to someone over the phone who we could not hear or understand. Stayed at another motel which was cheaper and heaps better.

Overall a rating of 3 to 4. Good Location Stayed for 7 nights over the Australia Day weekend. Pool was closed. Rooms are tired and need a freshen up but they are clean and the the motel was quiet. About a 10 minute walk to the foot bridge, parking in front of the room made it easy to unload the car. we had 2 rooms with a double bed room and bunks and single bed for 3. If you are after a reasonably priced place and your expectation is for a clean room this will suffice. If you are after something more modern then you need to look elsewhere.Facilities WIFI and shared laundry.

l don't mind a cheap place to stay but when you can't even go for a swim in the pool it's hard for anyone as so many defects l won't stay again
