The Team at Solar Connected were wonderful to deal with, answering any questions I had, and giving us their expert advice. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to install solar panels and want great customer service :)

From my initial contact with Solar connected I have been nothing but impressed. They were one of 20+ companies I contacted in a year long search to try and understand the solar market, technical issues and getting good sound advice.Solar connected came up in trumps by actually telling me about solar instead of just trying to sell me a system. They had the knowledge and technical skills to explain it right from the start.In addition when it came time to finally sign two senior company representatives travelled 250 km to our country location to further explain everything and make sure we were happy - it was a 10% deposit.due to delays of about a year before the solar was installed on our house one of the companies representatives rang several time during the year just to 'check how things were going.'Upon installation there were several glitches between the house electrician and solar connected about technical issues, all of which were sorted for me with the minimum of stress.And... when the installers arrived they were polite, respectful of my home, engaging and most obviously knew what they were doing and worked like trojans all day to get 10kw of solar installed and up and working in one day (in 42 degree heat)!!!I rarely write reviews with no complaints or a least a suggestion to improve - I have none!Great company, great customer relations, professional knowledgable tradies and technicians and also fantastic office support staff who ring you back when they say with the information you need - all with a smile.You feel like a valued customer and get the product and service to prove it.

I had my solar installed a couple of years ago (i think its already paid for itself :) ). The installation was quick and clean and the guys actually arrived when they were supposed to!!I had an issue with one of the bits on the wall a few months ago and gave them a call and they were out straight away and replaced the part under warranty.. Thanks guys.

I had my solar panels installed in 2013. Apart from saving me thousands so far on my electricity accounts, the system has worked perfectly for the last 5 years. Solar Connected went out their way to make sure I had a wonderful experience and I'm very grateful. Wonderful people, wonderful service. I would recommend to anyone.

We researched Solar Connect through various websites including Solar Quotes and found good reports on both their service and products used.We found their service from the quoting stage through to pre and post installation to be very thorough and informative.The installation was done with the minimum of fuss, on time and they were happy to answer the many questions I had.We are very happy with our system and the treatment we received from Solar Connect.

Natalie is a champion. The whole installation went to plan on the price and installation time. Natalie even went that extra effort to help out with AGL bureaucracy. Tanks again one and all.

I had my install done 7 months ago, everything was explained clearly, the job was done efficiently and i was told in advance when the installers were coming. Im just happy that i am saving money at the end of the day.

While I cant talk about the quality of this company as I didn't go with them, please please do your due diligence if you decide to go with them. I say this because I was told lie after lie where the person I spoke with had no idea I'm actually a technician and know legitimate solar installers.I have a building at the rear of my prems that has north facing roofs but is detached from my house and the main switch board. My house only has west and east usable roofing for solar.The sales person told me north was not the ideal position (big lie there) and having my panels installed both west and east would be the optimum configuration for all day sun (Lie #2).I advised I wanted panels on my rear building and not my house for northern exposure. The person then went on to say thats very counter productive because running a cable from my rear yard building to my power board (approx 20meters) will create a 25% energy loss". (Big Lie# 3 - So Ridiculous its funny).I mentioned how I got quoted for a Bosch Inverter (I know they are no longer making them) and the person mentioned whatever I do dont go with any company promoting Bosch as "Bosch went out of business" (Lie # 4). (Bosch merely chose to withdraw from solar). The person then said "Bosch wont honour any warranty" (Lie # 5). Theres public official statements from Bosch that they will honour warranty and service support. Bosch is alive and well (just no more solar).My grave concern is that this person (I cant say Solarconnected is at fault or its just the individual) smears the competition while preying on the naivety of the retail customer.Please ensure you get independent and expert advice if choosing to go with this company."

Overall compared 4 different companies quotes, solar connected provided the best overall package and warranty protection. Provided the best industry knowledge regarding products... sales rep was not pushy at all unlike other companies that still use pressure sales tactics. Was going to pay cash but decided on the no upfront offer..awesome work!

Solar Connected installed my system with great skill. When I had some concerns, I was visited my Mark Gambetti who walked me through the entire system and really showed that he cares about customer satisfaction.
