I started using Lean Muscle Supplements and following Fred Liberatore's meal program one month ago. The food is focused on fresh food and not processed food, the menu is easy to follow and I would have to say that I've never had so many fresh vegetables and herbs in my fridge. I love the menu and the food tastes great. I would have to say that I'm impressed.I like that the protein powder is easy to mix and it tastes good. I'm also using the vitawoman, probiotic, prolean,krill oil, power cleanse and bcaa.It's definitely a combination of the supplements with the meal program and regular supervised sessions at the gym that I attribute to my weight loss with the added bonus of extra energy and a clear mind.In my opinion the Lean Muscle supplements and Fred Liberatore program are more of a lifestyle change for me and something that I have been able to implement into my everyday life.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the supplements and program to anyone that is wanting to have a new lease on life.
