Clean rooms, neat common areas. Polite staff, great convenience for BBQ. Very good WIFI.

My family holidays here once a year for a week. We love it but the only disappointingly aspect is they don't allow charcoal BBQs. I don't understand why they can't have an allocated area for this.

A little tired but other than that, great family accommodation in the best location of Rye. Right across the road from the bay beach and a nice 10 minute stroll to town. Very friendly staff and accommodation comes with everything you need in a self-contained unit.

Very comfortable accommodation, clean and neat. Well maintained grounds and weekly or twice-weekly activities for the kids (not just movies!). Also catered breakfasts and dinners if you wish to partake.Managers are really easy going and know the area well.

Noisy due to construction going on in the unit next door: hammer-drill going most of the afternoon at least. After raising the issue with management, I was told it would be finished within 15 minutes". An hour later it is still going on. Cleanliness is poor - I put a blanket on the bed and a tuft of someone's hair was within the folds of it. Drawer pulls were sticky with built-up dirt. Bed linen had dark stains on them in places. The bathroom sink doesn't drain properly

Small size resort with 20 units of good quality. Weather was very cold when we stayed, so the split system was put to good use as were the electric blanketsThe shower space was really good too.

We had a wonderful week there. The Managers made us very welcome at the breakfasts & hamburger night.The location across the highway from the beach was convenient for beach walks as the weather was too cold for swimming, although a dip in the spa at the resort was warming & relaxing.The 1 bedroom unit was small but had everything we needed.We will be back.
