Expro Nails

Had sns nails done there, The colour was nice and the shape was ok. Some of my nail tips weren’t put on straight and the sns application was very poorly done. As someone who gets sns often edges weren’t great and there were little holes where the sns wasn’t properly applied. Not going back to say the least.

Honestly what a waste of money. The man who did my nails was so rough, filing into my skin. Got opposite to what I asked for. The shape of the nails are so inconsistent and not smooth at all. My sister asked for Almond Shape and they gave her square. First and last time here!!!!

I can’t believe I spent money here. The lady who did my nails is obviously not qualified. The nail shape was inconsistent, the SNS job was messy around the cuticles, and the finished texture was not smooth whatsoever. I could’ve done a better job doing my own SNS.

They ruined my nails so bad and charged me $60. They were so rude and refused to help me pick a colour. I had a similar experience to all the girls that left reviews. It was my mistake for not checking because i was in a rush to get my nails done and felt like trying some place new. He didn’t even finish doing my nails and rushed me out, he smudged everywhere and its not even smooth. I asked him to fix it numerous times and he kept getting aggressive. Worst place ever i left this place feeling absolutely gutted.Edit: I had a lady fix my nails and it looked a lot better, but i don't think ill come back.

Every time I've been here they have been nothing short of exceptional. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because every time I've taken an image from the internet with me to have my nails done that way they don't have the colour which would be the same for any nail salon. I hope they are able to get more colours in SNS so that they are able to provide for all customers. This is now my regular salon.

The young girl does a great job but never get the old man to do your nails! He's so bad at it!Also I went to query the price because I saw he was overcharging me and he was so aggressive I just paid it and left.

If I could give a zero star rating I would.The service was shocking and slow, I was witness to two of the female staff mocking an elderly customer, I was overcharged and just wanted to get out of the place so I didn't argue over 5 dollars and the real kicker, the man who did my nails serious damaged my nails, resulting in me needing to see a Dr and Podiatrist.I wouldn't send my worst enemy here Expro nails needs to be closed down.

Not at all good customer services they were so arrogant and impatient.The nails were done very very very badly not at all recommended for next time.Worst customer service ever and they are also shouting at the customers for the mistake they did.I don’t want to give one start also but I can post my review without one star.

DO NOT GO!!!Got my nails done on my birthday here, first time coming, I needed a new set as my old one were grown out and had 3 missing nails, needed them done quickly as I had work and was already at Parkmore. Took 2 hours for them to soak off my nails (SNS with tips) and to re-do a new set.The man doing my nails was very hard to understand, he'd become extremely impatient, and would mumble under his breath. He rushed my nails, but it still took him over 1 hour and a half to complete. All 5 different finger nail on each hands have a different shape, asked for coffin nails, some nails are longer than others, while some sides are more slanted than others. But that is not what prompted me to write review, I had a horrific and painful time while getting my nails done, the man would grab my finger extremely tight while he was either coating my nails or filing it, it was uncomfortable. Not just that he'd file my nails with the machine, making my natural nails extremely thin, too the point I could feel the heat of the file on my nails, burning them, I'd pull away due to how painful the heat was and he'd aggressively yank my finger towards him. The quantity of nail shaving/ debris that is lefties horrifying, the man had to shake the plastic sheet 3-4 times as there was so much nail shaving/ debris left on the table.While he was applying the tips with the glue, he'd use so much glue it'd seep out and he'd have to wipe it away with his fingers.The SNS was done sloppy with the powder on my cuticles, on my fingers, behind the tips, he'd try get the SNS off by filing it down with the electric file, he cut into my skin two times and a few nails were left looking like it had been on for over a week with the regrowth.I haven't even had the set on for a week and 3 of my nails have cracked (this has never happened at other stores) one of my nails keep flapping off as it was cracked, so I decided it was best to take the nail off with dental floss, wiggling the nail off (I've always taken off my nails like this) I did that, but the nail wouldn't budge as there was a significant amount of glue, the nail ended up coming off while ripping off my real nail and skin off.All in all the shop is super un-hyginic, the equipment aren't sterilised nor cleaned, they are super rude and have no care for their customers, they have no clue with what there doing. The pricing is alright $40 for soak off and a new set of SNS. with tips.PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.I've uploaded some photos of my nails and experience, the 1st photo is my nails straight after I got it done (you can see some SNS on my skin, the shaping being different on each nail and the middle finger looks like its has been on for longer than 1 week, as the man filed it down so much it took the SNS off). The 2nd photo shows the amount off glue used to stick the tips on it goes onto my skin(the clear white stuff is the glue that has set by then). The 3rd photo shows how the excessive amount of glue ripped off my real nail and skin. The 4th and 5th photos show how the index finger in the 4th photo and the thumb in the 5th photo have both cracked (exactly how the other finger in the 3rd photo was, till I had to take it off).Unfortunately google will only let me upload two pictures, the first picture is the the new set, while the second picture is picture 4 in my above description.FOR YOU OWN SAFETY DO NOT GO HERE, GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
