Can't recommend Phil and the team at BAS enough. We were getting constant blockages and told by our previous aerobic servicers that this was due to usage and nothing was wrong - house was only built 5 years ago so why think any different. We put up with this for years until making the switch to BAS. Phil identified that the system had not been put in deep enough and therefore was not draining correctly from the house to the system. We made many calls around and got nowhere. Cue Phil, chasing with the builders, then the plumbers who installed the system to get it remedied on our behalf. He was constantly on their backs for us and hounding them to come out and fix their mistake. The plumbers tried to back out a few times and Phil wasn't having it. After months of frustration with the plumbers he'd had enough and gave them an ultimatum - suddenly they're round the next week, have reseated the system (3 days worth of work) and all at no cost to us.This was only possible due to Phil - he got nothing extra out of it (apart from some now life-long customers).Servicing is always top notch and we know our system is in good hands!Again we cannot recommend Bremer Aerobic Services enough.

Phil goes above and beyond for his customers. Great service, great price, and know we will always be looked after.
