Ray White Streaky Bay

We are talking about 19 Alfred Terrace Streaky Bay in case the land lord is watching and wondering why his property sits idle for months. Basically I have found Natasha Howell to be prejudice and discriminatory. I had been enquiring about this property for over a month since before 13/01/21. It was still advertised even though I was told that there had been numerous applications. So enquired again. What do you know it is available. So started the slow process again. Each response takes at least 3-4 days. There is never any prompt response or sign of enthusiasm. I asked to see the property. Ignored. I asked various basic questions. Ignored. I asked for a shorter lease due to being new to the area. I was told she would contact the landlord and ask. This also never happened, it was easier for her to just stick with the original spiel of “12 month lease preferred”. I asked and was offered an application. It was never emailed and Natasha went back to pretending I don’t exist. Decided that it was impossible to deal with this woman so called Chad. I was then informed that the property was no longer available. Natasha had basically rented it out from under me when I was the front runner all along. I specifically wanted this property but was denied any opportunity. Chad even had the cheek to suggest they had other properties available lol give me a break. So I’m supposed to support this sub standard service am I? I don’t think so. Instead I’m living in a tent due to this woman and her poor attitude while I wait for a rental. She also turned around and told her boss I had only just contacted her a week ago. Not only is she prejudicial, she is also a compulsive liar. Ray White pay attention, it’s your reputation too that they are tarnishing.

Chad is excellent. Always replied back or returned phone calls. Very diligent and knowledgeable. Always followed through with what he said he would do. Your hard work is greatly appreciated. Thank you Chad!

I am very happy with Chad Kirby, my block of land was only on the market for 4 weeks before we had a offer. That offer was excepted and it has been sold.It beet all my expectations, thinking it would take months to sell.Once again, thank you Chad.CheersWayne Davies
