Pearl Homes

As a first home buyer, I bought my townhouse in Cash Grove, Mountwaverley built by Pearl Homes, there are few common issues which is understandable. I got the builder Kav's phone number from the agent and there are some issues need to be fixed in my home. The house was settled on 19th of June and it's 24th today, He did attend to my home to see the issues and committed to fix them. But I'm still waiting.I do understand that it takes time to make all the appointment, I just wanted to see if they could be sooner.Despite all these, Kav is a good man and I've hear kind words from people saying pearl homes is a decent company.I am waiting for them to fix these issues and will comment a review again.Update:Still waiting for them to organize someone to fix these issues, they have inspected but haven't take any action yet.Jerry.

We built our 4 townhouses with Pearl and managed to hand over before contract timeframe. We did have some disagreements however in the end thanks to Shweta, Kav and the team helped deliver the project in time for Christmas 2020. The townhouses look great and we hope to settle into our new houses! Thanks Pearl team

We have had initial issue getting into a new property developed by pearl homes builders. However, being said that one of their representatives reached out and organised appropriate inspections, to check on the issue.

Good quality building. I do want to address the importance of response time and way of communication. Had a bit of miscommunication between the builder and the contractors the builder use. Now They sent different parties and were able to address all the issues we had. Very happy with the results.

We live next door to one of their builds. I have ended up rectifying the damage on my side myself. Lots of promises but zero action. Worksite is kept like a tip. Requests to keep heavy vehicles off my crossover are ignored. Does not control COVID compliance of workers onsite. Only use them if you are happy to move in with seriously upset neighbours.

Amazing. I am highly impressed with pearl homes and recommend them if you want quality work at a reasonable price. The owner Mr Sandeep is honest and trustworthy he went above and beyond the call of duty. His team works hard and does great work.

I have been waiting for someone to attend my service issues it is now been over 11 months.These are very simple tasks that the non communication from the office and from their site supervisors has been lacking greatly.
