Germancraft Cabinets

Germancraft Cabinets could not be bothered to come out and quote for the wealthiest customer on the coast.

Paid a huge amount of money for the cabinetry and have been waiting to have defects completed now for 8 mnths . Can’t do a simple LED DC strip light , cabinet doors not lining and not flush, missing handles and missing drawer faces , hamper draw grinds while sliding, large unfilled gaps in Island cabinets.Obviously don’t no concern about the customer who has gone through the builder yet we were highly recommended this company for quality . I would much rather have gone with someone else who had competed the job in a timely manner and without defects that I now have to hire someone else to rectify after the build process.not satisfied at all and would not recommend as now potential is going to hold up our other trades at significant expense not to mention trades all through the second half of the build and delays our handover date .

Great experience, great product, great service! The team at Germancraft have been absolutely amazing. Natasha, part of the design team, was only too happy to help create solutions for our bathroom. Natasha listened to our needs and suggested products and finishes that we loved. We were always welcome to make time with Natasha to vist the extensive showroom. When it came to install, Craig and his team gave a great deal of attention to detail and professionalism. There was one small issue during install, but the Germancraft team sprung into action to remedy it immediately. I have been incredibly happy with the whole experience, from conception to completion. I can’t recommend Germancraft enough!

Germancraft built my new cabinets for my kitchen and I went in for a visit to make some initial changes to my cabinetry. The girl assigned to my kitchen made my changes to her drawing with a pink pen. Then, she asked me to sign the drawings and I said the changes should be made first. She said if I just signed them then they could get the ball rolling but I could still make any necessary changes to the plans. This was well and truly long before they needed to be ready and built. When I called to ask why the changes weren't made to the plans the girl not only had no recollection of any pink pen changes being made but added, If you want to make any changes now

Beautiful cabinetry and professional, quick & efficient service. We had bathrooms, laundry and kitchen done by these guys and cannot fault them. Jeri and his team did an excellent job and we highly recommend.

Have used Germancraft twice both for our kitchen and then laundry and bathrooms. We live on the north side of Brisbane and they were always happy to come out and resolve any issues - we loved our new cabinets and benches everyone who came to our house was truly impressed with the quality of the work - thank you would recommend you to anyone who wants a quality kitchen finish .

This was the second time using Germancraft. Their quality is top notch and service is great. The finished product always exceeds expectations, whether a small standard kitchen or a large custom office. They take responsibility for errors and fix them quickly, and have an eye for details we might miss on inspection. They mightn't be the cheapest but we will use them every time. They are 110% worth the money in saved time and stress.I only wish they offered a project management service so save us time finding and coordinating trades needed to prepare the room for their beautiful cabinets.

The team were able to create a good design to fit our budget and to suit our needs. They listened to what we wanted and now our kitchen has twice the space it used to! The cabinets look great and are so functional.
