Very long wait for 2x Christmas in July boxes. Very disappointing to receive this, this is how it was when i opened the box chips not full smallest chicken tenders I've ever seen and no spoon for the mash and gravy . Nothing like the pictures . I will be emailing head office. Also disappointed that I had to pay extra for sauce that was advertised with it.

A year or so ago I left negative feedback. This is my local store which I use more regularly than others.Since then this store has definately turned itself around. It can still be very slow in drivethrough at times but the quality of the food and service has definately increased.This mornings(04/06/2023) family meal was a 10 out 10 across the board. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the skin was pretty much falling off it, the chips were delicious and hot, as were the nuggets, potato & gravy.I look forward to next time.Kfc Park Ridge pat yourselves on the back and take a bow.

Was lied to about how long my order would be. Ordered through the app, got to the first window, and was told 8 minutes, so I asked that they keep my cold stuff( desserts and dips) in the fridge until my order was ready. I was then told,' Oh no, wait, it will only be 2 minutes ', so I proceeded to the second window where I was asked to wait for them to bring it out. I waited in the car for 5 minutes, went into the store to see if they had forgotten me, and told me I'd just have to wait......15 minutes later, I got my order!

Walked in and was quiet, I can see why now! Paid 12 dollars for a three piece chicken tenders meal and only got finger size pieces. The bun looked like it was stepped on and looked old. Service was mediocre and I’m disappointed in the pricing. KFC Better step it up for other customers. I’m not coming back

So disappointed. We ordered the Tenders box, which had Tenders the size of the chips, not full size normal Tenders. Will not shop there again.

Ordered on line and then didn’t have our drinks, gave us warm smaller replacement s with no offer of repayment considering we had already paid. Got the order right and food was hot

Not the worst KFC but certainly in the top 100 worst KFC. Let’s face it, KFC just doesn’t care about customers anymore, cost cutting is their go to policy. Cut the wages (their business model is to inadequately train the cheapest faction of the labor force ie.children.) Special shoutout to Trent for not ordering napkins to supplement the inadequate napkin/wipe/spoon packs. Perhaps Trent thinks we should wipe our “finger lick’n good” hands on the furniture as they seldom wipe them down anyway.
