Absolutely delighted with both the service and the actual hamper! I've used several hamper companies to send gifts but this one really stood out. Great communication & a truly beautiful gift to a dear friend (who was absolutely over the moon with her gift!). These hampers are amazing! The website is really easy to navigate and I love how local all the products are. Supporting Australian businesses is so important! A huge range of quality products and an excellent variety of hampers. The 'set and forget' feature is genius and has made gift giving so easy and affordable! The customer service I received was quick, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I ordered a hamper from the Smart Hamper Co and was extremely happy with both the quality of the items in the hamper and also the speed it came (ordered it in the morning and it came that afternoon!) Would highly recommend these hampers to anyone looking for that extra special gift! Katie was also a pleasure to deal with - so accommodating! :)
