We purchased our Legee about 6 months ago and we are very happy with the performance, we have 2 pets and it easily picks up their fur and other dust. We use legee 2-3 times a week to keep our house dust free. Cleaning and disposal of the dust is so easy. There are a number of different functions to help keep out tile and carpets clean.

Well done and many thanks![Original review on 3/3/2023]Not a great experience, cannot recommend.We bought a Hobot Legee D7 for our small three-bedroom house with all tiles, no stairs. The vacuum cleaner and filter were cleaned daily and well maintained.The vacuum cleaner performed very well during the first six months after the purchase from Robot My Life, and we were so impressed. Unfortunately, it then started to behave increasingly erratic, and we suspected it had to do with the Lidar.Long story short, after two months of the worst customer service we have ever experienced, we cannot recommend the Hobot Legee D7 or Robot My Life.

We have recently purchased our life saver and we are impressed. We didn't expect it to clean and mop like it does. I love the fact that it cleans all the crumbs away from the skirting boards in the kitchen and it can fit under our couches and coffee tables. We have a combination of tiles, hybrid vinyl flooring and rugs and it doesn’t miss a beat going from one to the other. The zoning works well, I can send the Legee D7 to certain areas after the grand kids have been and wow I am amazed at how much crumbs and sand it picks up that the eye couldn’t see. I tend to place it in the bedrooms and shut the door and set it on it’s way and it does an amazing job of vacuuming the carpet, even gets under the bed and vacuums the hard to get places. I love my Moebot. I can't fault it. It does the job and does it well. Set and forget. It's amazing to have perfect lawns everyday! Highly recommend. I'll never buy a normal mower ever again.Cannot recommend it highly enough. It never gets stuck. It covers the whole area well, navigates potholes with ease and even gets around all the kids play equipment. Buy it, you won't regret it.

The order process and after sales support has been very good. I ordered a MoeBot S5 which was delivered whilst I was on holiday but a quick email later and I was provided a digital copy of the user manual to review before I got home. Technical questions I had about laying the boundary wire were answered within the day and were helpful. As for the product, for those doubting whether a robot mower is *really* that good, I can confirm that I was dubious and debated the purchase for some time but I have been really surprised by how well it works. I wish I bought it earlier.

I ordered Hobot Legee D7 last month and it is very easy to setup within a minute. I use the app to set the area and type of clean I want. You can easily edit the map while the robot is cleaning. Battery life is excellent as well. They gave me the wrong cleaning liquid and they gave me a free replacement. Highly recommended!

My new Moebot arrived in Tasmania in about a week, I unpacked it, read the instructions, set the control panel up, and set it to work, that easy. ( not a tech savvy person) I ran the perimeter just under ground, (my choice) I was surprised at the maneuverability of the mower and the features available at this lower end of the price range. It is a good quality build and looks good. We have a large lawn, which was getting a bit much for us in the mid 70's with a few health problems., so I did a lot of research before I made a decision, even at this low price, it is still a lot of money if the product is no good.Very happy with the decision and have had no problems with Robot My Life. the lawn looks good and I don't dread having to mow the lawn each week with a push mower.

Disappointing Experience with Missing Items and Poor Customer ServiceI recently purchased a pool cleaner online, but unfortunately, my experience with Robot My Life has been highly disappointing. The product I received was missing essential items, making it impossible to use.When I reached out to their customer service through both online chat and phone call, I encountered further frustration. The representative I spoke with was unable to provide a satisfactory solution or offer any assistance. I specifically requested a phone number to contact someone else who could address and resolve my problem directly, but I was informed that no such option was available.This lack of accountability and the inability to escalate my issue has left me extremely dissatisfied. As a customer, I expect reliable products and prompt customer support, especially when encountering such significant issues. Unfortunately, my experience with Robot My Life as fallen far short of these expectations.

I have emailed and messaged through social media several times this month about my malfunctioning vacuum and still have not received a clear response as to why a) the replacement wheel is not covered by longer than the advertised warranty as is generally the consumer's right under ACCC warranty laws (having purchased the vacuum under 2 years ago) and b) no price has been provided for the wheel therefore I can't even commit to buying the replacement wheel and c) no timeframe for a resolution has been provided and d) no alternative contact details for another staff member or manager have been provided despite my request. Instead, I have only received unclear responses which do not answer my queries. Very disappointed. My purchase was made under 2 years ago. The Ultenic T10 has neither been robust nor reliable.

I’m very please with job the T10 does. We vacuum wood floors and carpeted floors it manages to get in and around all corners and furniture.We also mop the wood floors using mainly the scrubbing Y action. So far this has worked very well also.The price is very competitive and the delivery was quick.It draws a map of the house on the phone app. I found I needed two maps to cover the whole house as I couldn’t get it to produce one map in one charge. The map allows you to pick one room or several rooms at a time to vacuum.The robot finds its own way back to the charging station for recharging and to empty the dust into the dust bin. I have found that sometimes it gets lost on the way back. I have solved this by rebooting my phone. This seems to fix it for next time it’s out.When vacuuming carpet I can only do one room at a time otherwise the chute blocks in the dust collector.Once I sorted out all of these minor things I have found the Robot very good and I would recommend it.
