Hermitage Motor Inn
A big thank you to Sandra at the Hermitage Motor Inn, we needed some last minute accommodation after I was discharged from Wangaratta Hospital after unscheduled surgery. Sandra made every effort for us, got us a ground floor room, was waiting when we turned up with the heater going so the room was warm. A welcoming and accommodating host, will be back to stay under better circumstances.

Extremely clean, very helpful and polite management. Beds very comfortable, and very clean pool. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

The place was neat and clean.. Fantastic !! Had all the requirements for a traveller. The Receptionist was very helpful in booking the place at the last minute. Would recommend the this place… Satisfied :)

Excellent customer service. Fresh and clean for a wonderful relaxing overnight stay. I would recommend this establishment for your stay in Wangaratta or if you are travelling through.Definitely above it's Star Rating. I would like to keep it a secret, But Hermitage Motor Inn is a great place for in my eyes and I will definitely stay again. Thank you team especially Sandra at reception.

Room v clean and tidy. Room next door's toilet flush was like it was in my own room. Great at 11pm! Busy location. Not a great stay for me :(

THE BEST MOTEL to stay in Wangaratta. Stayed there for 3 days and had 5 star hospitality. Very clean and spacious rooms, very friendly staff and Pool at the front made the stay Greater. Kids loved it.I have stayed at few other places in Wangaratta before and clearly can say that this place ranked Top of all of them. Looking forward to stay there again.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Close to all amenities, clean and great service, rooms were clean, well maintained and well appointed. The motel were great in finding us a last minute room and welcoming my assistance dog with no fuss. I couldn't have appreciated their attitude more. Would absolutely recommend.

Such a fantastic place to stay in Wangaratta. Nice and quite location, close to everything, very comfortable beds and very neat and tidy rooms. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Very very strongly recommended.

The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfy, the service was faultless, location of the hotel convenient and they still provide milk for tea and biscuits too! Well done to management and the entire team of staff who operate this business! (Oh and if you're a Qantas frequent flyer - make sure you claim points / book through the Qantas app for staying at this Qantas affiliated motel!)
