Many many thanks to Peter and the team at Acacia Funerals Lavington. We recently said goodbye to our beloved Grandma and you made the experience so much more bearable with your genuine caring nature and extremely organised team.Highly recommended.

Do not use this funeral service. Not only was the service nothing that was promised, the help provided by the female worker here was little to nothing. A number of things went wrong on the day that could’ve easily been prevented if even a little bit of effort or care was put in from these funeral directors. Just to name a few; photo memorial was unable to play, all music provided was out of order, no hymn music was provided - crowd had to sing by themselves, wrong date provided on the brochure, old broken down car for travel to cemetery, no stream into the hall next door. The service was embarrassing and upsetting for a family that only wanted a nice service and was going through a very hard time. A few weeks later we heard the same directors did not remember to dig the grave for a funeral they conducted. The lady who organised this service did not show any remorse, empathy or respect during this hard time and I hope no one will choose this company as I wouldn’t wish this funeral process upon any family going through a sad time.

Thank you so much to Peter at Acacia. My father couldn't have been better taken care of during this difficult time. With so much to take in and so much to think about, Peter made my sister and I feel more informed and helped make the process easier. If you are looking for the conventional or unconventional funeral service, I whole heartedly recommend Peter to take care of your loved ones needs. Thanks so much again.
