Eliteshine Autodetailing & Carwash

Took my car here to get a full exterior wash and machine polish, which was quoted in writing with pricing. It was a completely unambiguous request and quote. The operator did not complete the work I was quoted for and completed other work without consulting me. The results were worse than other businesses I have used and pricing was more expensive. Full details are below....I dropped my car off, and upon receiving my car, several hours later, despite being provided a quote for a wash and machine polish, it was clear that the car had not been machine polished, or even hand polished. It hadn't even been washed thoroughly as there were still dirty bits that hadn't been cleaned properly. I have got my car hand washed elsewhere and understand some small spots might be missed, but this was very poor by hand wash standards. The quality of the wash was comparable to results I get from an auto wash at a service station, only this is more expensive.When I questioned the business owner whether he had actually machine polished the car as per his quote, he stated oh
