Absolutely horrendous experience.I never write bad reviews but my experience with this company left me lost for words. Mistakes happen, we are all human, but the way the dealt with the error was disgusting. They made a mistake with our interstate move (driver never showed up and when we called he was interstate doing another job) which would have been ok if the company took a solutions focused approach to the issue. Instead, they went into blame mode (where they blamed the driver). Then, amongst our stress of having to reschedule cleaners, contractors and hotel bookings over the coming days (which cost us $$$) the company tried to charge us more to book another driver at short notice". Then they asked for another itemized list of our belongings (which we had already supplied). Once they finally booked an alternative mover after an absolute ordeal

My gear hasn't even been uplifted it's now a day late. They use 3rd party so it's not their responsibility. I'm devastated as it all clashes with other cleaners and has put me bavk 1 day.

Excellent Service

Recieved a quote from United Movers, when I called to book they were not willing to honour the quote provided and blamed it on an employee they had fired within the last few days. If that is how they manage their office I can't imagine that the move would be any better managed and if they did damage items I'm sure they'd just come up with an excuse for that too. Glad to be using someone else that is more reliable.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Not sure why there are bad reviews, we have used United Movers 3 times over the past 2 years and every time we have had excellent service.

Absolutely horrendous experience DO NOT BOOKthis company is by far the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. Got a quote from them although the delivery date wasnt early enough for my needs, Stressed I needed my good delivered by a certain date and was then promised a 3-5 day timeframe if I paid a higher rate by another $300. The first contractor was almost two business days late, and then didn't deliver for another ten days after that. The manager just constantly blamed the subconractors and refused to take any responsibility to the point he called me a liar in regards to original time frame and that it was never agreed on. on the 8th and 9th day i was waiting i was promised drop off in the AM only to get to after lunch to say itll be the following day, putting me out of work as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY not only will they screw you over, they will show absolutely no care

Excellent service, only moved locally on the Sunshine Coast, cheapest quote we got, and had no issues at all. Thanks guys, really appreciate it.

DO NOT USEThey double booked my job, which they blamed on the driver.They then got me another driver who arrived a day late which put me $350 out of pocket as i had other contractors booked.They then charged me much more than originally quoted which they blamed on the new drivers misreading the job.And during this whole ordeal I was constantly ringing them to find out whats going on as no-one in their office was returning my calls. And found them extremely rude throughout, not apologising for anything, blaming everything on their staff/contractors.Bunch of crooks.
