Financing a home loan with Apt Mortgages has been very straight forward and a great experience. They took the time to discuss my objectives in home ownership, recommend home loans which helped me get what I wanted and provided dedicated people I could contact at any time to get an update on my loan application and settlement. I have also found the rates and deals on offer through Apt Mortgages to be on par or better than deals offered directly from the banks so there was no penalty for using a mortgage broker.
