He explained everything in detail, provided options and carried out the work in a timely professional manner. We ordered a smart TV from Joe, who was very helpful, including advice on what peripherals we might need - just an updated Apple box. Delivery was delayed by supply chain issues, and Joe kept us fully informed and up to date. When the equipment was ready, Joe delivered it on time, unpacked and installed it. He then gave us a basic tutorial on how to operate the TV and Apple box. Throughout the process he was prompt, communicative, co-operative and responsive to our needs. I heartily recommend the supply and the service. Thank you Joe.
