This is the worst of all the department of transport's i have been in , the female staff were arrogant , rude , and not at all helpfull . I just wanted to renew my license but it was all to hard for them and i was made to feel like i had interupted their pathetic existance. If you are not happy at your job leave it ! Do not take your unhappiness out on paying customers . One would think customer service is extinct these days ... but is is Boonah we are talking about.
