I walked in with my 21 month old and they watched us walk in they didn't say anything. I waited as they were busy. 10 minutes later they look at my son and said very rude and abruptly 'No too young'They could have mentioned that when we walked in with a simple 'sorry we don't cut hair for someone that young'

Got a haircut and couldn't be more unhappy. The barber was on the phone half the time, not looking at what he was doing while talking to others and because of that he shaved and left a notch above me ear. I didn't see until home as he didn't show me the cut with a second mirror. Just avoid and go elsewhere

Used to be enjoyable to come here it used to be friendly . But since the girls have been in the shop the customer service attitude has gone down hill ! My kids used to love coming here but we may have to find a new barber now unfortunately

Good haircut at a reasonable price. Convenient location with easy parking in Huntlee shopping centre. No booking needed. Do men and children too as well as all the trendy razor cuts. Hardly any waiting time mid week but Saturdays much busier.

Had an appoitment for 4:30 that was booked in 3 days in advance. Got there at 4:25 just to be told theirs no time for me today. I said to the bloke i had an appoitment but that didnt mean anything appariently.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you for always being so kind and understanding when we bring our toddler son in for haircuts who screams the whole time. You make the process so much smoother.
