Went off the highway because they said that it was open but the place is fenced off and under construction now I am stuck here until morning waiting for the liberty to open. Not happy cold and will not be home tonight or at work tomorrow

Toilets were abysmal - no toilet paper,blocked with handtowel. Tried returning the key and staff ignored us even after calling out for them several times. Avoid at all costs.

Please change the opening hours from 24 hours. Spent an hour detour to try and get petrol at 9pm at night because we hopped off the highway to refuel.

you can get virgin velocity points filling up here. kind of run down petrol station. they've got a food place at the back of the store but not great selection if you're after something vegetarian.

The kitchen seems to never be open!! Twice this week alone I have been there at 12pm (lunch time) and the kitchen is closed!! Clearly can not rely on them for food. Very disappointing.

Updating their electronic pricing constantly whilst being closed for business (presumably due to a dispenser upgrade). Turned off the highway to no available fuel.

Overpriced petrol. Malfunctioning pumps. Rude service and charges 2 %extra to use use a credit card. When pointed out this is the only BP in Aust to charge extra owner responded So?". Another BP 1 or 2 kms north."
