I had remedial massage with Marie, which was amazing! She was very thorough, got into all the pressure points, found spots in didn’t even know were sore and she very professional. I floated out of the massage, Il definitely be back!

Loving my experience at the Strength for Life exercise classes. Fun, friendly and challenging enough to make me work at my level of strength and fitness. We are supervised by a physiotherapist who makes sure we are doing the exercises correctly and keeps us motivated. Highly recommended.
