Our daughter has done yoga with Heather for two years now & we are so grateful for her teachings to bring the gift of yoga to the children in our community (as well as the adults). I had a great experience with the sound massage. I slipped into a super relaxed dreamy state so easily even at 1.30pm in the middle of a busy work day! The room was bright and warm, super comfy and the table was perfect for relaxing. Heather really has a great routine that felt well planned and I loved the opportunity to discuss it all afterwards and ask questions. Will return. Thanks.

Thankyou Heather for your welcoming/calm presence and sharing the serene space that is Starr studio. It was my first experience of sound therapy (having done yoga/meditation was a helpful background). I truly loved the relaxing inward experience. I feel lighter and in balance within my body.
