Our very first time putting our baby cat in the pet boarding place. We nearly cried when we dropped our Zach here, like all parents.. we were worried.But how we love Mel's passion!Mel is very assuring during the whole stay/process, and she updated us about Zach while we were away. She loves Zach, you can tell from Zach's reaction to Mel; animals don't lie. hahaAnd when we picked him up, he was a happy kitty.We are very pleased with the service and the love for our Zach.Highly recommended.Thanks to Mel and the team!!!

We haven't used a boarding kennels before and we were super impressed with the service and care our puppy received. We paid a little extra to get our boy washed as well, and he has never looked or smelled better.

We boarded our timid 5 month old puppy for the first time with Mel. Right from the get go, Mel made us feel comfortable and reassured. Mel updated us with photos of our little fur child which was so wonderful to receive.The facilities are super modern and clean.My husband and I highly recommend this place.
