Roe was great - made the buying process simple had great knowledge and explained the tech to me in layman’s terms - great people !

The staff do not know how to talk with customers. They expect us to know what we need . They try to get you out the shop so quickly you get so confused. No hello just what do you want. Found this at all Jaycar stores not just this one. The only good thing is that they are open.

Went into Jaycar, found what I needed. Used to be a place where everyone was friendly. Was a woman on the phone who’s manager was aggressive and telling her to hang up and serve other customers. I understand Christmas can get you a bit stressed but no way should you ever speak to your staff like that. (Older bloke going slightly bald was the culprit) I’d say he needs some training with HR to learn ways to express that the phone call isn’t going anywhere and ways to convey to your staff to end the call nicely. The younger lady did a great job of staying tough but if my boss talked to me like that I would be talking to someone higher up straight away(This was around 11:15am on Tuesday the 13th)

Fantastic range of products for most electronic projects. Great location and parking all around in Ringwood. Front entrance includes a few steps so be prepared. I found the staff super energetic and polite and so helpful for all my questions. Tidy, clean shop and everything labelled and priced

Good spot for some electrical and electronic bits. There is even a corner for Hard Core Electronics. (see pic!)Plenty staff on hand to help.Lots of kits and parts. If you like RC and gadgets, spend some time here.

I had to wait a few minutes to be served due to other customers. However, when I was served, I explained what I needed and the assistant was able to get my item immediately. Payment was prompt and I was on my way again quite quickly. Great service Jaycar Ringwood!

I had a problem with my Brass Monkey fridge . The staff at Ringwood fixed it immediatly and then ran a quick instruction on how to correctly use the fridge. These guys are tops. Friendly and efficient.

Very friendly and helpful, especially the women. Huge array of items and not bad prices.

We came to inquire about buying a battery and a solar panel for our van, we were very well advised because we know nothing about electricity. The gentleman also gave us very good advice on a fridge. I highly recommend this store

Store staff are not helpful with returns. They quote the 'no receipt no exchange' policy, but they conveniently forget that Jaycar members have all purchases tracked in their account.
