From the minute Alan turned up to quote our roof restoration we knew we didn't want anyone else. And he did not disappoint.Alan went above and beyond to look after us and his team were just as amazing as he was.The job they did on our roof is second to none and we couldn't be happier. We have even had several other tradies comment on what a great job he did, including the solar installer.If you are wanting to restore your roof, don't even bother calling anyone else because you won't find anyone who will do it as much justice as Newcastle Roof Worx.

Where do I start, I’ve dealt with a lot of tradesman doing various work on my home. I’ve never come across a more professional tradesman ever. He inspected my roof , let me know what needed to be done and the price was really good, he high pressured my roof and was unable to reseal nor paint it for three weeks due to the recent rain we had so he pressure cleaned it again. He told me that we are having more rain coming in the next few days so he came and resealed and painted my roof the next day which was Easter Friday. He was really concerned about the rain so he turned up on the Easter public holiday which he didn’t have to, but he did. When he made the decision to come and do my roof on Easter really blew me away. He really cared as it was his roof.I really recommend Alan. For roof restoration, there’s no more of a professional tradesman than Alan. My roof looked really old and worn out , now when I come I look at my roof and think wow, what a job. Alan your the man for any roof restoration. Anyone needs their roof done,Al’s the man. You definitely won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much Alan. I’m really blown away by the work you have done. After constant water leakage issues we contacted Alan from Newcastle Roof Worx to provide us with a quotation to repair our roof. Alan is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is reliable, passionate and has attention for detail. Alan located where the issue was in our roof and completed the job to an extremely high level. WOW...what a difference this has made to our home. From the first phone call to the the completion of the job , Alan & his team were nothing but professional & personable at all times. Arrived on time, worked hard all day repairing & restoring the roof so it now looks the best it's ever looked, plus they cleaned up before they left. Alan and his crew are everything their reviews indicate they are; professional, hard working, punctual, knowledgeable and most of all, the end result is of the highest quality. It’s not often a trade lives up to expectations these days and it’s even rarer that they exceed expectations. Alan did just that…. He answered my endless questions, updated me with photos, often, and even went out of his scope of works a couple of times to give me the best result possible. These small details are things he could have easily not addressed but he did, for me. I recommend Alan and his team and would hire him again if the need arose without hesitation.
