I was really happy with the service. All queries were dealt with quickly and professionally. When I needed to change delivery time at the last minute they accommodated it. Every staff member I dealt with was friendly, courteous and if they didn’t know the answer, followed it up.

Loved the hire experience, bought the UV light for a weekend party, it was super easy to set up and was given instructions on maintenances and all those details.The only thing is that I never actually received a confirmation email to say that I officially had the light on reserve, I had to call them up to confirm it and ask for a receipt for proof of purchase. Maybe something they could keep in mind.Other than that I had a wonderful experience with them, and would hire again!
